Professional services are provided to a variety of departments, including economic development, planning, utility, transportation and housing programs. Program services include the preparation of Scopes of Work (SOW), Request for Proposals (RFPs) and project budgets and timelines.
Loving Engineering has completed large-scale projects including the project management of a $6.6 million Sustainable Shellfish Program. The program included logistical management of beach seeding and enhancement; geoduck surveys and assessments; design and construction of a wet lab facility; and the permitting, design, and installation of a floating shellfish nursery (FLUPSY).
